Nowhere Man

Nowhere Man is an abstract figurative piece which people have said is "Picasso-esque". Picasso once said, of his abstract figurative paintings, that if you give the viewer an eye, and a nose, and a mouth, it doesn't matter that they are not in the right positions, people will know it is a face and they will put the face together in their own manner. He added that the viewer then becomes a participant in the art piece; they become involved at a deeper level than if the face was complete and realistic.
